Yes, anytime. You keep full access to Pro until the end of your current billing period (end of the month on monthly, end of the year on annual); it downgrades to Free automatically after that.
Yes — email [email protected]: • Within 14 days of the original subscription: we refund the remaining days pro-rata, no fee. • After 14 days: we refund the remaining days pro-rata, minus a 20% processing fee. Refunds typically arrive on your card in 3–7 business days. Duplicate charges, unauthorised access, and other billing errors are refunded in full regardless of the window above.
Pro refills 1600 credits every month. If you need more, $2.99 tops up another 500 — permanent, no expiry — or you can keep creating with your own uploaded images, which never cost credits.
