By accessing or using Decky ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent. Teachers using Decky for classroom purposes accept these Terms on behalf of their institution.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission; distribute spam or malware; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; scrape or harvest data without authorization; or engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Service.
You retain ownership of content you create on Decky. By uploading content, you grant Decky a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it solely to operate the Service.
Decky's platform, code, brand, and all associated intellectual property are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if the Service materially fails to meet its advertised functionality. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Decky's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
